We’re delighted to announce that The Rainband will return to play at Forest live, Delamere Forest in support of Leeds rockers the Kaiser Chiefs, one of the UK’s most loved bands.
On Sunday 3rd July 2016 The Rainband will return to the Cheshire outdoor festival exactly 5 years to the day since they supported Simple Minds at Delamere.
The BRIT award winners and multi-platinum selling band are known for their ultra-high energy gigs and epic rock anthems. They will be performing songs from their decade long chart career including ‘Oh My God,’ ‘I Predict A Riot,’ ‘Everyday I Love You Less And Less,’ ‘Ruby’ and ‘Never Miss A Beat’ plus new material as the band are currently working on their 6th album which will follow 2014’s politically charged number one album ‘Education, Education, Education & War.’
When our good friend Neil turned up at rehearsal at midnight last Thursday he filmed us practising new single Storm for the upcoming live shows on an iPhone. The new material is coming along nicely. Can’t wait to play this on tour now.
Storm is the first single to be released from the band’s debut album ‘Satellite Sunrise’. The track is out on 18th March. The album will be released on 8th April.

There is an amazing schedule of events to suit all tastes, and a music line-up to savour.
