On Friday 11th September we travel across Europe again to perform at the European Bike Week in Faaker See, Austria. We play the main stage on Saturday 12th September at 9.45pm.

The event is sponsored by Harley Davidson and after starting the riding season with the regular Euro Festival event in the Golfe de St Tropez, they sign off in style with the grandest event of them all, and one that has become a real ‘must’ on the calendar of many of their most loyal customers.

There is an amazing schedule of events to suit all tastes, and a music line-up to savour.

We have a new drummer!

The Rainband

We’d really pleased to welcome our new drummer James Cowell to The Rainband.

After five years of dedication our original drummer Steve decided to leave. He had this message for everyone.

“I would like to thank all of you who took the time and effort to support The Rainband; from those of you who were there at the beginning, right through to the lovely people we met in Italy on the Paolo Nutini tours. My fondest memories of The Rainband will always be those of the friends we made along the way. You’re all fantastic and it’s because of you that I enjoyed my time with the band so much. As for the lads, Joe, Sam, Phil and Martin, I know I have made friends for life in them and will continue to support them in all their future endeavours. Thanks for the adventure lads! It’s been a blast!”

Steve has plans to start a new musical project over the summer and we will bring you news of that as it develops. We wish him all the best for his future musical projects.
